Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A trough averaging 29.90 inches will persist over Lake Erie
through today, followed by building high pressure 30.10 inches
for the weekend. Low pressure 29.70 inches will track east through
the Upper Great Lakes on Monday and extend a cold front across
Lake Erie by Tuesday.
