Scattered to severe thunderstorms and heavy rain may produce hail, damaging winds, and localized flash flooding across portions of the southern Plains and Southeast. Overview

A prolonged period of northeast winds brought significant snowfall to portions of northern Wisconsin through the pre-Christmas weekend. The Ashland area received upwards of 30 inches of snow during the event.
