THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR FEBRUARY WAS 17.3 DEGREES WHICH WAS 2.2 DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 
15.1 DEGREES MAKING THIS THE 27TH WARMEST FEBRUARY IN STATION HISTORY. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE 
FOR THE MONTH WAS 52 DEGREES ON THE 27TH. THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE WAS -17 DEGREES ON THE 13TH. 
NO DAILY TEMPERATURE RECORDS WERE BROKEN FOR THE MONTH. TWELVE DAYS HAD AVERAGE TEMPERATURES 
BELOW NORMAL. 

FEBRUARY 2016 WAS SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL FOR PRECIPITATION WITH A TOTAL OF 0.83 INCHES OF
