Excessive Rainfall Possible This Weekend; October Heat Wave in California

A slow moving front will be the focus area for heavy to excessive rainfall and a threat for flash/urban flooding across the northern Gulf Coast and Southeast U.S. through this weekend. Overview

A thunderstorm complex moved across the region during the early to mid morning hours on June 27, 2019. Isolated severe storms within the complex produced large hail and damaging winds, with heavy rain and localized flash flooding also reported.
