Observation Data for Orange City Airport (KORC) no longer available

As of February 28, 2019, surface observations for the Orange City area will no longer come from the Orange City Municipal Airport (KORC). The airport itself has been replaced by a new Sioux County Regional Airport (KSXK), located just north of Maurice, Iowa.

Surface observation data for the new airport should begin flowing the week of March 4th, and this data will then be incorporated into our point forecast pages, and other products such as the hourly Regional Weather Roundup and the twice daily Min/Max Temperature and Precipitation Table as soon as possible.
