.DISCUSSION...Expect critical fire weather conditions again today
as a disturbance and its associated cold front approach from the
northwest. As the system moves overhead, the strongest winds will
occur over southwest Colorado on Sunday which may yield critical
conditions once again, despite cooler temperatures. Quiet weather
is expected Monday through Wednesday, though temperatures will be
increasing to well above normal levels by midweek. Rising
temperatures and increasing southwest winds signal a possible
return to critical fire weather conditions from Thursday through
Saturday.
