.DISCUSSION...High pressure across the Desert Southwest will 
keep dry and clear conditions ongoing through Wednesday. Light 
winds at the surface and aloft are expected with shallow mixing. A 
shortwave trough will move through Colorado and Utah Thursday, 
increasing southwesterly gradient winds and the chance for showers. 
Rain chances increase late Friday ahead of a cold front.
