Heavy Rain and Thunderstorms in the Lower Ohio Valley and Southeast; Flooding Continues Along the East Coast of Florida

An approaching cold front may produce isolated heavy rainfall and severe weather today over portions of the Lower Ohio Valley and Southeast.
