Severe Thunderstorms Tonight in the Mid-Atlantic; Tropical Storm Bertha in the Gulf

Scattered thunderstorms with severe gusts, hail and a tornado risk are possible near a cold front from the Ohio Valley to the Mid-Atlantic tonight.
