Weather Story for New Hampshire and Western Maine

After the return of colder weather, right on cue will be the arrival of snow. Light snow is expected much of Saturday. Up to 1 to 3 inches is possible before it comes to an end in the evening. Additional snow will be possible Sunday into Monday as a coastal storm passes offshore but close enough to keep an eye on. The cold will remain a feature of the forecast through most of next week, with midweek temperatures struggling to break out of the teens.
