| An F1 tornado touched down in New Sharon along Charity lane and moved east northeast to the Tennessee state line. Several buildings sustained roof damage. In addition, widespread tree and power line damage occurred. The F1 tornado continued out of Madison county and moved into southeast Lincoln County in Tennessee. The tornado snapped numerous trees and power poles with some of the debris falling on structures. The tornado then continued into Franklin county, Tennessee. Here it snapped numerous trees and power lines as it passed just south of Huntland. | ||||||
