Lake effect snow showers will continue through Saturday downwind of Lakes Erie, Ontario and the eastern portion of Lake Superior. Lincoln/Copiah County Tornado

Event Summary

The tornado touched down 2 miles east of West Lincoln and moved through the city of Brookhaven. Then the tornado moved into Copiah County just south of Wesson and lifted at Wesson. Four homes were destroyed, 5 homes sustained major damage and extensive damage occurred to trees and power lines.
