Cold Front to Bring Cooling and Heavy Rain in the East; Building Heat and Monsoon in the West

A slow moving cold front will bring temperatures back to near normal early this week in the East. Strong to severe storms ahead of the front may produce damaging winds and heavy rain that could cause flash flooding. Strengthening high pressure in the West will produce surging monsoon moisture with potential for flash flooding. Heat may become excessive in the Desert Southwest this week. Read More >
