A storm system developing across the Plains may cause locally severe weather in western Kansas and southwestern Nebraska today, with isolated flash flooding possible in portions of eastern Montana and western North Dakota. In the meantime, NOAA Weather Radio listeners in Hardin County can tune to the Ekron transmitter (162.450 MHz) or the Horse Cave transmitter (162.500 MHz).
