  • Strong winds 30-35 mph (outside of any t-storm) late this morning through the evening hours.

  • Large temperature gradient. Highs in the mid 50s across southern IN to mid 70s across southern Kentucky

Moderate to heavy rainfall this morning, then a break before a line of heavier shower/storms this afternoon and early evening. An additional 1 to 2 inches can be expected. This rain will add to an already wet year so far.  A Flash Flood Watch is effect for the region, as this much rain falling over already saturated grounds will bring some potential for flash flooding.  Check out this page for how the year stacks up as far as record rainfall totals.
