An atmospheric river will continue to bring gusty winds, moderate to heavy rainfall, and potential flooding to southern California and the southern Great Basin through Sunday. Here's a radar image from when the storm was directly over Tompkinsville. The cell strengthened over southwestern Monroe County and moved to the northeast, crossing the entire county.
