It has been a wet end to April and beginning of May, particularly across southern IN and portions of north central KY. From 7 am April 28 through 7 am May 6 Dubois county in Indiana received over a foot of rain. Rainfall totals through this period diminish quickly south and east of the Ohio River. The second week of May will remain unsettled with a few rounds of showers and storms expected.
