Tropical Storm Edouard off the central Gulf Coast will bring tropical storm conditions and heavy rainfall to portions of Upper Texas and southwestern Louisiana coasts Tuesday into Wednesday. Narrative: A tornado moved northeast from near Park City to Cave City. Fifty homes were damaged or destroyed, mostly in and near Cave City. Some of the dead were found 300 yards from where they were sleeping. The Masonic Hall and two churches were destroyed. The track may very well have continued on past Barren County.
