Edouard Continues to Impact Texas; Severe Storms and Heavy Rain from the Lower Great Lakes to Mid-Atlantic

Edouard will continue to bring gusty winds, heavy rainfall, and a flash flood threat over parts of eastern Texas. Severe thunderstorms and heavy rain are possible across portions of the eastern Great Lakes to the Mid-Atlantic overnight. Severe storms are also expected across parts of Montana. Grazulis narrative:  Near Allendale three trailers and three barns were destroyed in a brief touchdown.  A frame home was damaged.
Noted discrepancies:  SPC gives a path length of 1/10 of a mile and a path width of 10 yards...NCDC and Grazulis give nothing for either.
