Heavy Rain in the Southern U.S.; Winter Storm to Impact the Northern Mid-Atlantic and Interior Northeast

A storm system stretching from the Tennessee Valley to the Gulf Coast will bring a variety of hazards to the Eastern U.S. through Tuesday.
