Tropical Storm Edouard to Impact the Northwest Gulf Coast; Heat Expands Eastward

Tropical Storm Edouard will bring tropical storm to hurricane conditions, heavy rainfall, flash and some river flooding, and storm surge to portions of Upper Texas and southwestern Louisiana coasts into Wednesday.
