Heavy Rain and Flooding Possible in the Southwest U.S, Ohio Valley, and Hawaii

Heavy rainfall is expected to continue through Thursday over New Mexico into far west Texas. Flash flooding and debris flows in wildfire burn areas will be possible. Heavy rain and flash flooding is also expected over the southern Appalachians and Ohio Valley. We have now confirmed FIVE tornadoes from the tornadoes on Sunday evening, October 24th. Two EF-3s, two EF-1s, and another EF-0 tornado. The tornado track including St. Mary, MO and Chester, IL is up to a staggering 42.4 miles long!
