Snow Expected Today

While the initial band of snow has pushed further north than previously forecast, a second round of light accumulating snow is expected this afternoon in portions of east central and southeast Wisconsin. The greatest chance for seeing 1" or more is for areas along and east of a line from Fond du Lac to Cedarburg . Also, a brief band of lake effect snow is expected this evening for counties along the lake.

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for this event. The graphic below shows the area under the advisory.

Prepare for the possibility of slick roadways and hazardous travel if you'll be out and about today.
