The active weather pattern continues as we head into next week. A frontal system will slide across New York & New England bringing the risk of heavy rainfall. This in combination with snowmelt could lead to river flooding.
We've got a bit of a temperature roller coaster coming up over the next week or so (see temperature forecast attached) along with an active weather pattern. The southeastern half of Maine will have opportunities for rain tomorrow through Thursday and early next week. Northern areas could add to the snowpack with tomorrow's system, but there will be an opportunity for rain early next week. We expected E-NE flow with Small Craft Wind gusts Wed PM. These winds increase to occasional Gale Force gusts by the evening along with E-NE flow. There is another opportunity for E-NE winds later on Sunday into Monday.
