Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine Continues to Strengthen

Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine is forecast to intensify and be near hurricane strength Wednesday in the far northwestern Caribbean Sea. It is expected to intensify into a major hurricane before it approaches the northeastern Gulf Coast on Thursday.
