Tropical Storm Colin to Impact Carolina Coast; Severe Thunderstorms in the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Northern Plains

Tropical Storm Colin is producing heavy rain that may result in flash flooding, strong winds, and rough surf along and off the Carolina Coast through Sunday. Severe thunderstorms will impact parts of the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and northern Plains. Critical fire weather conditions expected in the Great Basin and mainland Alaska.
