Map of forecasted rainfall chances through tonight. Isolated to scattered showers remaining possible through this evening across the area with isolated thunderstorms in the mountains and deserts. Slight chance of lingering showers and storms into the early morning for Riverside/San Diego County deserts and mountains.
For the coastal areas: 70 to 75, western valleys and inland Orange County: 75 to 80, inland valleys: 76 to 83, mountains between 4000 ft and 7000 ft: 63 to 74, high desert: 76 to 85, low desert: 91 to 95.
For the coastal areas: 70 to 75, western valleys and inland Orange County: 75 to 79, inland valleys: 75 to 82, mountains between 4000 ft and 7000 ft: 60 to 70, high desert: 72 to 75, low desert: 85 to 88.
There is increasing confidence that a low-pressure system from the north will bring widespread light rain to most of the region for the middle of next week. There is still uncertainty in the timing and rainfall amounts. Stay tuned for more details in the coming days.
