Hot and dry conditions will prevail this week with high temperatures remaining in the low to mid 90s across the lower deserts. There will be a minor heat risk over the next several days for those most sensitive to the heat. Widespread breezy to locally windy conditions and cooler temperatures are forecast by Sunday.
High temperatures will be around 3-5 degrees above normal each day through Saturday, resulting in a widespread Minor HeatRisk. Make sure to drink plenty of water and limit outdoor activities during the hottest times of the day.
Temperatures will not vary much through Saturday with highs in the 90s across the lower deserts and the mid to upper 80s in the higher terrain.
