Overview

Thunderstorms blossomed across northern to central Wisconsin on the evening of Thursday, July 6th. The storms quickly became strong to severe, bringing hail, heavy downpours and strong wind gusts. Hail as large as baseball and billiard balls fell near the La Crosse area.
