Drought is affecting roughly 77% of Alabama and has worsened to extreme levels across the southern part of the state. Drought is forecast to persist through at least the month of April.
Partly to mostly cloudy today with high temperatures near 70. Winds will be northeast at 5-10 mph.
Decreasing cloudiness tonight with low temperatures in the 40s. Winds will be calm to light at times.
