Showers and thunderstorms become likely today across Central Alabama, mostly starting this afternoon. Some thunderstorms may become severe. Highs in the 80s most areas. Southwest wind around 10 mph with gusts near 20 mph.
Heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected tonight across Central Alabama. There is a risk for severe thunderstorms and localized flooding. Lows from the mid 50s to mid 60s. Variable winds.
