.SUMMARY...
A STORM SURVEY WAS CONDUCTED NEAR ORRVILLE IN WAYNE COUNTY OHIO. THE
TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN IN A CORN FIELD NORTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION
OF MCQUAID ROAD AND SWINEHART ROAD. THE TORNADO TRACKED SOUTHEAST
WITH INTERMITTENT DAMAGE AND LIFTED NEAR NORTH CARR ROAD. THE MOST
SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE OCCURRED TO A HOME WHERE A LARGE PORTION OF THE
ROOF WAS LIFTED OFF AND BLOWN INTO AN ADJACENT FIELD. THERE WAS ALSO
HARDWOOD TREES UPROOTED AND CORN CROPS THAT HAD BEEN FLATTENED.
