Severe Weather in the Central U.S.; Heavy Rain in the Ohio Valley and Mid-Atlantic

Scattered severe thunderstorms capable of producing severe gusts, large hail, and perhaps a couple tornadoes are forecast from the north-central High Plains into the Upper Mississippi Valley. Widespread thunderstorms may produce excessive rainfall across portions of the Ohio Valley and Mid-Atlantic.
