DEGREES COLDER THAN THE NORMAL OF 15.1 DEGREES MAKING THIS THE 10TH
COLDEST FEBRUARY IN STATION HISTORY. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE FOR THE
MONTH WAS 27 DEGREES ON THE 9TH. THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE WAS 19
