Locally heavy rain and flash flooding will be possible today into tonight near the Mid-Atlantic/Carolina coast. Storms with large hail and severe wind gusts are expected across parts of the central and northern Plains into the upper Mississippi Valley. 	Tornado(s):	1) Swedesburg, IA - EF0 2) Port Byron, IL - EF1 3) Cameron, IL - EF2 4) Gladstone, IL - EF1 5) Kirkwood, IL #1 - EF2 6) Kirkwood, IL #2 - EF1
	Rainfall Amounts:	Locally 1 - 3 inches with some higher amounts between 3.5 and 4 inches - (see maps)
	Hail Sizes:	Golf ball - Baseball sized
	Wind Speeds:	60-70 mph
	Flooding Issues:	Prophetstown, IL and Monmouth, IL
	Lightning:	no known lightning damage reported at this time
	Hardest Hit Areas:	Cameron, IL - widespread tree damage, several grain bins destroyed, 2 houses with roofs blown off (See Damage Survey for more information.)
