Rain chances will increase this afternoon mainly over areas south of I-20 and east of the I-35 corridor. Lightning, gusty winds up to 40 mph, and heavy rainfall that could lead to localized minor flooding will be possible. High temperatures will stay in the mid 80s to low 90s, but it will feel muggy out there!
Showers and iolated storm activity will continue tonight with the best chances again across Central TX. Low temperatures will drop into the mid to upper 70s.
There will be increasing chances for rain across parts of East and Central Texas, mainly during the daytime hours on Tuesday and Wednesday. Severe weather is NOT expected, but brief heavy rain and very minor flooding will be possible.
