.DISCUSSION...Afternoon thunderstorms will be capable of producing
gusty outflow winds and lightning today, mainly over the San 
Juans. Elsewhere, lighter winds with periodic afternoon gusts up
to 20 mph accompany high pressure building into the region. 
Wetting rains becomes more likely as the week wears on as moisture
returns to the region.
