Chantal is now a Tropical Depression. Flash flood concerns continue across portions of central North Carolina into Monday. Life-threatening surf and rip currents conditions are expected to continue at beaches along the U.S. East Coast from northeastern Florida to the Mid-Atlantic states during the next day or so. The Durango All-Hazards NOAA Weather Radio station, KWN-54, broadcasting on a frequency of
162.425 Megahertz, is scheduled to be off the air for maintenance on Thursday Morning, February 15th,
beginning around nine AM MST. The broadcast is expected to resume shortly after noon on February
15th.
