A passing weather disturbance, combined with daytime heating, will produce afternoon showers over the Eastern Uintas of northeast Utah and to the mountain areas of Western Colorado. Quick snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches are possible above 7500 feet in the northern and central mountains of Colorado, with lesser amounts expected in adjacant valleys of northwest Colorado as cooler air changes rain over to snow. Rain should be mixed in with snow at and below the 6000-7000 foot level.

Snowfall possible this afternoon and this evening.
