Overview
With an historically cold Arctic air mass in place, snow overspread the region on Valentines Day and continued through February 15th. Most locations across southern and eastern Kansas picked-up between 2 and 6 inches of snow. Because it was so cold, snow was very light and fluffy and was also easy to blow into drifts. |
