Overview

Thunderstorms developed in a moist and unstable atmosphere, bringing severe weather and more heavy rain. The heavy rain, falling on already saturated ground, caused flash flooding in some areas. A brief tornado touched down near Muncie.

Tornadoes

Tornadoes that fail to impact any ratable damage indicators on the EF-Scale are rated EF-Unknown (EF-U)
