Winter Storm Bringing Widespread Hazardous Weather to the Eastern U.S.

A rapidly-intensifying winter storm continues to bring heavy snow, high winds, and blizzard conditions over the Upper Midwest and Great Lakes through today. Overview

An area of low pressure brought a wintry mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain to central Indiana on January 19. Winds gusting to over 40 mph later in the day brought white-out conditions to parts of the area.
