The Indianapolis National Weather Service now has a new phone number for the recording of current forecasts, latest conditions and recent climate data. The new phone number is 317-597-1660. The old public phone number for recorded forecasts will be discontinued soon and this new number should be used immediately.

When dialing the new number, follow the recorded prompts by first selecting from a given area nearest to your location. You will then be given prompts to recorded weather forecasts, observations and climate data that originates from your current local NOAA All-Hazards Weather Radio (NWR) broadcast.
