Heavy Rainfall Across South Texas and the Northeast; Thunderstorms in the Southern Appalachians and Rio Grande Valley

Widespread showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain may bring flooding to South Texas and parts of the Northeast U.S. tonight into Friday morning. Recent active weather has resulted in the rescheduling of spotter training classes for Denison (Crawford Co) and Carroll (Carroll Co). They have been rescheduled with the new dates listed below. New Dates:

Carroll (Carroll Co.) - Thursday, March 27th 630-8 PM at the Carroll Fire Department (801 Bella Vista Dr, Carroll, IA 51401)
Denison (Crawford Co.) - Thursday April 3rd 7-830 PM. This will be a virtual class. (Link to be posted soon.)
