D. INLAND FLOODING...

FRANKLIN...SEVERAL STREETS FLOODED AROUND WINNSBORO AND REPORT OF
NUMEROUS STREETS FLOODED AROUND THE PARISH.

CATAHOULA...TWO PARISH ROADS WERE WASHED OUT. SEVERAL ROADS WERE
UNDER WATER INCLUDING OWENS ROAD, MITCHELL ROAD AND BUSHLEY ROAD.
FIFTEEN HOMES IN JONESVILLE TOOK ON WATER. HIGHWAY 8 JUST WEST OF
LELAND WAS CLOSED DUE TO WATER OVER THE ROAD. A PORTION OF HIGHWAY
126 NEAR MANIFEST WAS COVERED WITH A FEW FEET OF WATER.
