CONTINUED TO RISE AFTER WARNINGS EXPIRED, REACHING 1.2 FEET MSL AT
0000 UTC ON SEPTEMBER 14.

HIGH AND ROUGH SURF WITH WAVES ESTIMATED TO BE 8 FEET EXCEPT HIGHER
NEAR THE ISLA BLANCA JETTY. TIDAL RUN-UP WAS ESTIMATED TO HAVE
REACHED JUST SHY OF THE DUNES AT WIDER BEACHES, AND SLIGHTLY INTO
THE DUNES AT NARROW (COUNTY) BEACHES NORTH OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
PADRE ISLAND DURING AND FOR A FEW HOURS AFTER HIGH TIDE. OCCURRENCES
WERE PRE-DAWN ON SEPTEMBER 13TH, AND AGAIN (PRE-DAWN) ON SEPTEMBER
14TH - WHICH WAS MORE THAN SIX HOURS AFTER THE WARNINGS HAD EXPIRED.
