A slow moving storm system over the northern Gulf Coast will continue periods of showers and thunderstorms over much of the Southeast U.S. through this weekend. Overview
On a day where we were expecting a quiet day weather-wise, we ended up with two interesting weather phenomenon occurring. The first was a funnel cloud near Sun Prairie around 10:45am from a shower that did not show much, if any, rotation. In the afternoon, storms developed along the lake breeze near Lake Michigan with some localized wind damage from a microburst near West Allis, Greenfield and Greendale.Photos & Video:
