Southern Wisconsin has gotten 2-4 inches of precipitation during the past two weeks, which is about 1.5 to 2.5 inches above average. Over the past 30 days precipitation in southern Wisconsin is about 3-4 inches above average. Due to the warm temperatures, almost all of the precipitation has been rain.

During the past 30 days southern WI has only seen up to 1 inch of snow, which was only a few tenths of an inch of liquid precipitation. We should have gotten about 8-14 inches of snow by now. Snowfall totals are only a few inches and that was back in November.
