Scattered showers and thunderstorms are likely today. Storms in the afternoon and evening will pose another severe risk, primarily for straight line winds, but cannot rule out a large hailstone. Torrential rainfall may accompany these storms, and locations that receive heavy rain on both Friday and Saturday will be at heightened risk for flash flooding.
