A High Wind Warning is in effect for the Eastern Tennessee mountains and foothills for strong South to southeast winds of 20 to 30 mph and gusts to 60 mph or higher late Friday night into Sunday morning. A flooding risk exists for the Cumberland Plateau and into portions of southwest Virginia where an additional 1.5 to 2 inches of rain is expected.
