Heavy to Excessive Rainfall for the Southwest; Thunderstorms in Florida with Flooding Possible

Tropical moisture from Priscilla will bring a multi-day thunderstorm, widespread heavy rainfall and flash flooding event across the Southwest/Four Corners region. The Entiat River in the Cascades north of Wenatchee accumulated significant amounts of ice during the cold weather. As the weather warmed, the ice broke up, floated downstream, and becamed jammed.
